Summary: My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Hayward, WI. We were celebrating Mother's Day and our 13th Wedding Anniversary and couldn't of picked a better place then in the Northwoods of Wisconsin on Lake Hayward. The staff was friendly, room spacious and clean with a balcony which overlooked the lake. Enjoyed paddle boating, a game of checkers in the lobby and the hot tub.

Summary: Great facility with lots to offer. Really super clean rooms comfortable beds. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. The lady at the front desk Gwen, was fantastic she upgraded our room with a lake view. We appreciated all the information that she gave regarding where to eat since this was our first time in Hayward. The only thing about the service was we requested some fresh towels and never got them. But really a well appointed room nicely done only one problem was the bathroom you feel like your in a closet and there's no room kind of a weird set up. But everything was to date and clean! Appreciated the hot tub and the sauna and the pool was huge for a hotel. Highly recommend this hotel. I would give it 6 stars!

Summary: Front desk staff was excellent. Very friendly and informative. Rooms are completely remodeled and I had a view of the lake. Bedding was very comfortable. Lobby/eating area is very inviting and also has a view of the lake.
